The main objective of the educational process is to prepare each child for complete living as an individual and as a responsible member of the community. It is then the policy of this school to prepare pupils to take their places as responsible adult citizens in the future, and to be happy, well-mannered, industrious pupils of the present.
If the business of education is to proceed smoothly and successfully, parents need to be aware of the aims of the school and in co-operation with the school, strive for the achievement of these goals.
The fostering of a positive partnership between this school and parents, in the planning of the educational direction of our pupils, will provide stability and continuity within the educational process. Continuity is an essential ingredient of education given the circumstances of the ever-changing world in which we live.
Given these factors, the following school policy is provided as a statement of the aims and procedures which have been adopted by this school.
